Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using trackable shipping with insurance. Klixarunvor is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once we receive your returned shelving product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets return criteria. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Additional time may be needed for your financial institution to post the refund.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product for a different size, finish, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
If your shelving product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite processing.
Klixarunvor covers all shipping costs for damaged or defective returns.
All shelving products from Klixarunvor include our lifetime craftsmanship warranty. If a defect in materials or workmanship occurs after the 30-day return window, contact us for warranty service. We will repair or replace the item at no charge.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation may still be possible if the order has not shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
